Ideas2Grow is a program promoted by Intesa Sanpaolo and Talent Garden, aimed at developing an ecosystem of sustainable innovation in the Agritech sector — a key industry for Italy’s future.
For the second year in a row, Be-Boost has been an implementation partner, supporting selected teams in transforming early-stage ideas into structured, market-ready projects.
The challenge
To support teams made up of students, researchers, professionals and early-stage startups in building viable, high-impact business solutions, aligned with environmental and social challenges in agriculture.
Our approach: mentorship with a purpose
Following a selection phase, Be-Boost steps in to provide customized mentoring to each team. Our work is focused on three key pillars:

Business model design: shaping value proposition, sustainability, and growth strategies

Stakeholder validation: building relationships and ecosystems around the project

Go-to-market preparation: defining a concrete implementation roadmap
Through structured workshops, mentoring sessions, and real-time feedback, we create a fast-paced yet supportive environment, bridging the gap between vision and execution.
Key results
Across two program editions, Ideas2Grow has involved 70+ participants, supported 17 innovation projects, delivered 110+ hours of mentoring, and partnered with two major universities.
Participants gained the tools and clarity needed to refine their solutions, test them against market realities, and plan the next steps toward scale.
