Providing space for ideas, supporting innovation, and creating a positive impact—these are the pillars of the Sustainability Innovation Program, an initiative promoted by BCC Roma in collaboration with Be-Boost.
This project was born within the Bank itself, inspired by the vision of its directors, who, motivated by the Sustainability Program, sought to engage young members in an entrepreneurial growth and training experience.
From Idea to Action: A Structured Program to Make a Difference
The Sustainability Innovation Program is much more than a training course—it’s a launchpad for the innovative and sustainable ideas of BCC Roma’s young members. Through a structured 10-module journey, participants gained practical tools and concrete skills to develop entrepreneurial projects with real impact.
From defining the business model to ensuring economic and environmental sustainability, each module was designed to offer a mix of theory and practice, including workshops, discussions, and insights from industry experts. The goal? To turn ideas into reality and equip young people with the necessary skills to approach the market with awareness and determination.
A Journey of Growth and Exchange
One of the program’s most significant elements was the strong connection with the Bank and its ecosystem. Participants had the opportunity to present their projects directly to BCC Roma representatives during the final event—a moment of synthesis and dialogue that opened the door to potential future developments.
As President Maurizio Longhi emphasized during the closing ceremony: “Young people are a priority for our Bank. I hope this journey with Be-Boost will lead to the launch of the promising projects presented.” The Sustainability Innovation Program is part of a broader set of initiatives that BCC Roma dedicates to new generations.
